Not the first time but only the second!
VERY satisfying lift given my current injury load..

After over two years of next to no pain..
I have been nursing a niggle in my elbow for two months now.. 🙄
And a new niggle emerged this week in my hip... 😠
Nothing serious and I WILL overcome as I always do!!
But frustrating and messes with my head.. 😂
No chins has been challenging for me!
They will be back very soon! 🤞🏻

Pain is part of lifting heavy however.
You cant push your body to the max as I do without reaching a limit!
Finding and eliminating weaknesses is actually what this is all about.
To become stronger!
To ensure longevity.
To guarantee my independence until the day I die!

Many people are advised to stop lifting or exercising once pain appears.
This is exactly what ensures the weakness remains!
With the right support... ie. NOT doctors!
The location of the weakness is identified, offending exercises removed, rehab exercises incorporated to strengthen, physio/TCM are the modalities I choose and the pain AND weakness eventually is eliminated.
This process ensures it never happens again!

NOT exercising is more often than not the WORST thing you can do.
Sure I have numerous exercises pulled from my program.
And I whinge and complain.. 😂
But there is always, ALWAYS a way to train around pain!
I may have lost chins..
But my deads are progressing nicely 😉

SO grateful to have an INCREDIBLE team behind me to navigate these challenges.
My success is not just me trust me!

Another massive milestone!! 💪🏻
70kgs!!
With OA knees!!

For those of you who don’t know..
In 2013 I declined knee replacement surgery despite being in EXCRUCIATING pain.
Like I couldn’t go to the bathroom unassisted kinda pain 😳

The naïve doctor made the mistake of telling me that surgery at my young age of 46 would inhibit my ability to lift heavy weights.
I had only just found my passion in life which clearly is lifting heavy weights..
There was no way in HELL a doctor was going to take lifting away from me!
Customer lost!!

I didn’t consider surgery for one second!!
I don’t trust doctors after decades of mismanagement of my misdiagnosed clinical depression!!!
I just knew there was another solution for me.

So I took cortisone in both knees to compete in 2013 and then we started serious rehab!!
For years…
And years..
Plus of course over those years I have completely overhauled my diet, lifestyle & mindset!!
Detoxed decades of drug & alcohol abuse..
And become strong AF inside and out!!💪🏻

I am pain free today.
I achieve below parallel more often than not.
I don’t even get DOMS in my quads 😂
I am in INCREDIBLE condition!!

I have literally cured myself from osteoarthritis!!
You don’t need surgery!!!
If your life is not in immediate, critical danger, you do NOT NEED DOCTORS!!

If the last three years has taught you anything it is we must take back control of our health!
Natural medicine.
Strength training.
Mindset upgrade!!
Paradigm shift!!!

I am living proof you can heal naturally from physical AND mental health challenges!!!
If I can do it???

I have been hospitalised in a psychiatric ward 3 times
Two attempts on my life!
I used to be a drunken, suicidal, pill popping party girl!!

✅ Osteoarthritis in both knees (I DECLINED surgery)
I couldn't even go to the bathroom without assistance I was in so much pain.
✅ Adenomyosis (I DECLINED surgery)
✅ Chronic IBS
✅ Chronic UTIs

There is NO doubt in my mind if I had continued to listen to doctors?
I WOULD BE DEAD.

I am now:
👌🏻 Med Free!
👌🏻 Pain free!
👌🏻 BURSTING with health, vitality & energy!
👌🏻 I can deadlift 100kgs!
👌🏻 I can squat 60kgs!
👌🏻 I have a PERMANENT six pack!
👌🏻 I have the body of a 30 yo!
👌🏻 I sleep like a baby!
👌🏻 And gees do I look nearly 57?!

Mother nature has EVERYTHING you need to heal ANYTHING!
Including cancer!

Food IS medicine!

I cant tell you how frustrating & heart breaking it is for me to watch loved ones slowly die from what goes in their mouth.
I am watching two family members die in front of my eyes & I am powerless to help.
It is CRIMINAL!!

I am a walking, living example of what can be achieved via natural health.
And instead of respect or even acknowledgement for my achievements?
I get hate, disrespect and I certainly do not get asked for advice.
Someone like me is vilified & made fun of in this warped society.
And all I want to do is help others achieve what I have.

But apparently doctors, many of whom do NOT enjoy the health I do, know best..
