Being injected with chemical potions.
Being cut open on the regular! 🔪

IT IS NOT NORMAL!!
AT ANY AGE!!

Do you know what is in that 💊 or 💉?
Do you know how those chemicals affect your stone age body?
Do you know if there are natural alternatives?
Have you researched others who have overcome your ailment naturally?
Or are you blindly trusting an industry that has paid out BILLIONS in damage settlements ?

I am literally ASTOUNDED at how many people wear their medical treatments as a badge of honor🥇
They talk about it endlessly!
Are they so deprived of attention that doctors fill the void?

I have overcome NATURALLY and WITHOUT doctors:
✅ Clinical depression
✅ Substance abuse
✅ Eating disorders
I have been hospitalised in a psychiatric ward 3 times
Two attempts on my life!
I used to be a drunken, suicidal, pill popping party girl!!
Plus!
✅ Osteoarthritis in both knees (I DECLINED surgery)
I couldn't even go to the bathroom without assistance I was in so much pain.
✅ Adenomyosis (I DECLINED surgery)
✅ Chronic IBS
✅ Chronic UTIs

There is NO doubt in my mind if I had continued to listen to doctors?
I WOULD BE DEAD.

I am now:
👌🏻 Med Free!
👌🏻 Pain free!
👌🏻 BURSTING with health, vitality & energy!
👌🏻 I can deadlift 100kgs!
👌🏻 I can squat 60kgs!
👌🏻 I have a PERMANENT six pack!
👌🏻 I have the body of a 30 yo!
👌🏻 I sleep like a baby!
👌🏻 And gees do I look nearly 57?!

Mother nature has EVERYTHING you need to heal ANYTHING!
Including cancer!

Food IS medicine!

I cant tell you how frustrating & heart breaking it is for me to watch loved ones slowly die from what goes in their mouth.
I am watching two family members die in front of my eyes & I am powerless to help.
It is CRIMINAL!!

I am a walking, living example of what can be achieved via natural health.
And instead of respect or even acknowledgement for my achievements?
I get hate, disrespect and I certainly do not get asked for advice.
Someone like me is vilified & made fun of in this warped society.
And all I want to do is help others achieve what I have.

But apparently doctors, many of whom do NOT enjoy the health I do, know best..

It is SO easy for me... 😱
Why? How??
Because it is just who I am.
I have made it my identity.
It is my lifestyle!
I prioritise my body and health ABOVE ALL ELSE.
NOT negotiable daily habits.
Discipline, commitment, strict boundaries, NO excuses!

And yes, many people get annoyed with me.. 🙄
I don't care!

👊🏻 Lift HEAVEY 5 times a week 🏋️‍♀️ (so heavy your eyes water & you might pee
your pants or fart!)
👊🏻 LIMITED cardio 🏃🏼‍♀️
👊🏻 Organic, whole food fresh from the farm 👩‍🌾
👊🏻 HIGH protein diet including animal protein🥩
👊🏻 HIGH salt 🧂
👊🏻 Quality, practitioner only, supplementation.
👊🏻 NO gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, seed oils, medication, manmade crap.
👊🏻 I repeat NO alcohol or meds!

I don't count calories, macros or weigh my food!
I don't follow a strict nutrition plan.
I have simply made this routine my way of life.

This lifestyle resolved decades of mental health challenges for me.
This routine resolved serious physical health challenges for me!!

My motivation is NOT vanity.
It is survival.
It is longevity.
It is my burning desire to be independent until the day I die!
To be independent from a corrupt medical establishment!!

I will be 57 in 5 months 😁👊🏻

11 years ago I was a suicidal, pill popping, party girl.
I had clinical depression, anxiety, eating disorders and had been hospitalized three times.
I also had chronic IBS, UTIs and osteoarthritis.
I was on a one way ticket to a very early grave.

Today I am med free.
Pain free!
I am strong AF! 💪🏻
I am BURSTING with health, vitality & energy!
I sleep like a baby!
I still say thank you when I go to the bathroom it all runs so smoothly!!

I have completely transformed myself physically & mentally!!!

Honored to be given this journey for this lifetime 🙏🏻 🏎️ ❤️

Muscle Mass is the Holy Grail of Bodybuilding 💪🏻

Bodybuilding is an art form in my humble opinion.
We are "sculpting" our body!
We chase muscle mass. Gains! 💪🏻
Through the "bulk" phase.
But building muscle without gaining fat is not easy..

So..

The goal of the "cut" phase is to strip fat (and water) and RETAIN muscle mass.
To reveal all the hard earned gains!

This is the cycle & lifestyle of bodybuilding.
That I absolutely LOVE! ❤️

While it is impossible to choose where you lose fat.
It is absolutely possible to lose fat and RETAIN muscle.
But it is VERY challenging!

I starting reducing calories for this shoot in October 22.
With the scan in December it was clear I was NOT on track.
And I needed to change something in order to reduce the muscle loss.

In previous cuts I have lost up to 2kgs of my hard earned muscle.
And while I usually regain it, building muscle is a VERY slow process.
So I basically undo YEARS of work 😠
Lucky for me I LOVE lifting so I am willing pay the price.

But what could I try this cut to limit the damage?

Although the baseline condition we started from this time was streets ahead of previous cuts.
The results speak for themselves.
The corrections we made in December worked a treat!

Only losing 300 grams of muscle over the most aggressive part of the cut phase...?
This is an AMAZING result!

Nutrition, recovery & conditioning all play a part.
Arguably in that order.
Its always experimenting and seeing how your body responds.
Which of course is different every cut!
Particularly as I am not 25 they keep telling me... 🙄

I am more proud of this achievement than the six pack!!
I literally have total control of my body composition!! 👌🏻

I am living the bodybuilders dream!! 🙏🏻💪🏻🏎
